Mullinahone National School is a five classroom school with general purpose hall and ancillary spaces, including renovation of an existing structure, to convert five former classrooms into two new classrooms and ancillary space.

Overy + Associates designed the mechanical and electrical systems. The project was completed in November 2004. Total project value was �1.3 million.
