Waterways Ireland Offices and Workshops

This project consisted of the construction of purpose built offices in one building and workshops in another building for Waterways Ireland.

Overy + Associates were responsible for the design of:

 - compressed air
     - industrial exhaust systems
     - vehicle lifts
      - vehicle fuel delivery systems
     - service gantry crane
     - heating
     - ventilation
     - hot and cold water supply
     - foul drainage
     - power including low voltage distribution for workshops
     - lighting
     - fire alarm
     - security
     - data cabling infrastructure
     - telephone

Construction was completed in 2009
